Cake Baking Competition!2026

To celebrate the 200th Year of Judges Bakery, we are holding a Cake Baking Competition! Entries are welcome from everyone, of all ages and abilities, and prizes will be awarded for best taste, appearance and originality. Cakes, on their stands, must be brought to the Cake Point (outside 19 Courthouse Street) between 12pm and 1pm - no late entries can be allowed as judging will take place between 1pm - 1.30pm, when the winners will be announced! We are very pleased to announce that our judges are Michael (Judges), Hattie (The Old Rectory) and Kelly (Isobel Blackman Centre). Prizes include 'High Tea for four at The Old Rectory', a Judges Hamper and one-night's stay at 19 Courthouse Street Airbnb. Charge for event: £5 per cake Event in aid of Ataxia UK
